LB Music School in Danvers offers private music instruction in piano for both kids and adults. With our convenient location at 156 Andover St in Danvers, we would love to help you or your child learn to play the piano.

Whether you’re an absolute beginner or took piano lessons many years ago as a kid, our piano teachers are equipped to help you learn to play the piano in a step-by-step manner that is both fun and exciting.
PRIVATE ONE-ON-ONE Piano Lessons:
At LB Music School we offer private piano instruction which allows us to tailor lessons to our students specific interests or need. We know every student is different, and private lessons allow us to focus on do what’s best for each individual students.
We also find that students tend to practice more when they are inspired by what they are playing in their piano lessons. Which is why we encourage students to tell their teacher about music they love or are interested in playing.
Our Danvers location is conveniently located right off of Rt. 114 across from Lowe’s and the Olive Garden. We offer:
Flexible scheduling with afterschool and evening options.
Tailored piano lessons focusing on creativity, and fun.
A variety of musical genres from classical to pop.
Two piano recitals each year (December and June).
Optional performance and community engagement opportunities.
Our Teaching Philosophy:
Owner Lauren Bateman wanted to make sure that music lessons were not the stuffy lessons she took at the convent when she was growing up. Lauren doesn’t have a degree in music but has taught students all over the world to have fun with music. She feels that is the most important and inspiring part of learning.
While LB Music School has had students go on to collegiate study or perform professionally, we realize that that is not everyone’s goal. Our goal is to help students appreciate music and develop important life skills like persistence, confidence and that belief that students can do anything they put their mind to.
